Director Change
Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN), whose principal business is The Share Centre Limited, a leading independent UK stockbroker, announces that one of its main board directors, Iain Wallace, is to leave the Group in September. Having made a significant contribution to the Group over the last 13 years, Iain has decided to pursue other career opportunities in the City. It is intended that he will remain as a non-Executive Director of the Group's Sharefunds Limited subsidiary so that we can continue to call on his expertise in relation to funds. We wish Iain well for the future.
