Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and their Closely Associated Persons

The Company announces that it was today notified that the spouse of its Chief Executive Officer, Steve Francis, had sold 107,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company and that Mr Francis had immediately purchased 107,000 ordinary shares via his ISA. Prior to these transactions, Mr Francis was beneficially interested in 815,769 ordinary shares in SIG and, following these transactions, Mr Francis remains beneficially interested in 815,769 ordinary shares in SIG.
The notifications set out below are provided in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
