SIG plc ("SIG" or "the Company") is a leading supplier of specialist building materials to trade customers across Europe, with strong positions in its core markets as a specialist distributor of insulation and interior products and a merchant of roofing and exteriors products.
Further to the announcement made on 18 December 2019, the Company is pleased to announce that Meinie Oldersma, Chief Executive Officer, has today returned to work on a full-time basis following his leave of absence.
Following his return, both Andrew Allner, Chairman and Nick Maddock, Chief Financial Officer will return to their normal duties.
