Shanta Gold, the East African focused gold producing company, was informed on 20 January 2015 that Luke Leslie, a Non-Executive Director of Shanta Gold, has disposed of 3,260,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence in the Company an average price of 10.635 pence each.
Following this disposal, Mr. Leslie continues to hold 400,881 senior unsecured subordinated convertible loan notes in the Company and the Leslie family remains long term investors in Shanta Gold.
