Annual Financial Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Shaftesbury PLC (the "Company") announces that the following documents have today been published and sent or made otherwise available to shareholders:
• 2018 Annual Report for the year ended 30 September 2018;
• Notice of Annual General Meeting; and
• Form of Proxy.
The above documents will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism. They will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM

The Company's preliminary results for the year ended 30 September 2018 were released via RNS on 27 November 2018.
The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on 8 February 2019 at 11am at Ham Yard Hotel, 1 Ham Yard, London W1D 7DT.
