Scotgold Resources Limited ("Scotgold" or the "Company")
Change in ISIN
Following Scotgold's delisting from the ASX, announced on 21 October, the Company has today made application to switch ISIN.
The Company's new ISIN is AU000XINEAD0 (the "New ISIN") and the Company's new SEDOL number is BD0NBL7. The New ISIN will become effective as at 8:00am on 8 November 2016.
Trades actioned on 7 November 2016 under the ISIN AU000000SGZ9 will be automatically transformed to the New ISIN.
Following this change in ISIN, Scotgold shareholders are required to take no further action.
