Director's Dealing - Acquisition of Shares
The Company was notified on 12 August 2015 that on that same date David Sigsworth, Chairman of the Company, purchased 133,333 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 75 pence per share.
Following the purchase, David Sigsworth holds a beneficial interest in the Company of 545,304 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.88% of the Company's issued share capital.
