Sigma, the private rented sector ("PRS"), residential development and urban regeneration specialist, announces that it was today notified, that on 30 April 2020, Mike McGill, Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 31,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 94.4 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transaction, Mike McGill has a total beneficial holding of 31,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.035% of the total issued share capital.
