This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
The Company was notified that on 9 March 2020, Lucinda Jayne Cowley, PCA to Steve Hare, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in the Company at a price of 621 pence per share. The resultant shareholding after this transaction for Lucinda Jayne Cowley is 7,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each.
