Exercise of warrant

Safestyle today announces that it has issued 2,367,143 new ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the share capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise by Zeus Capital Limited (the Company's nominated adviser and joint broker) of its warrant over new shares in the Company granted to Zeus Capital Limited at the time of the Company's IPO. The warrants have an exercise price of £1.00 per share, the same price as the Company's IPO price, and were fully disclosed in the Company's Admission Document dated 6 December 2013. As a result of the warrant exercise, the Company will receive cash proceeds on exercise of £2,367,143.

The total number of Ordinary Shares in issue following Admission will be 80,242,143. Accordingly, the figure of 80,242,143 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

The Company has today been notified by Steve Birmingham, Chief Executive of Safestyle, that as a result of the increased total voting rights in the Company, his percentage interest in the Company is now 4.9% (previously 5.0%) on an unchanged holding of 3,893,889 ordinary shares.

Application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM, with trading expected to commence on Tuesday 27 October 2015 ("Admission"). Upon Admission, the shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
