NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY PDMR
Safestyle UK plc ("Safestyle") announces that the Company was notified by Steve Birmingham, the Chief Executive Officer, that he bought an aggregate of 50,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company, being 20,000 ordinary shares on 17th November 2016 at a weighted average price of 246p per Ordinary Share, and 30,000 ordinary shares on 18th November 2016 at a weighted average price of 251p per Ordinary Share.
Following this transaction, Steve has an interest in 4,199,846 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 5.07 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
