Servocell Group PLC26 September 2006 Servocell Group plc Share Dealing Notifications in Directors Interest Holdings in Company On 26 September 2006 the Company received notification that GreenbrookIndustries Limited purchased 600,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company("Shares") at a price of 59.5p per Share on 22 September 2006. GreenbrookIndustries Limited's resultant interest in the Company comprises 6,088,650Shares, representing approximately 16.05% of the Company's issued ordinary sharecapital. On 26 September 2006 the Company received notification that David Green and hiswife each sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") at aprice of 59.5p per Share on 22 September 2006 to Greenbrook Industries Limited.David Green's resultant interest in the Company now comprises 7,696,732 Sharesrepresenting approximately 20.29% of the issued ordinary share capital of theCompany which figure includes 6,088,650 Shares legally and beneficially owned byGreenbrook Industries Limited. Director's Dealing On 26 September 2006 the Company received notification that Richard Green becameinterested in an additional 600,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company("Shares") purchased at 59.5p per Share on 22 September 2006. Richard Green'sinterest in the Company arose by virtue of his interest in Greenbrook IndustriesLimited which purchased these Shares.
