(the "Company" or "Sefton") Directorate change Sefton Resources is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Harry Barnum tothe board of Directors. Mr. Barnum, who is the president of Sefton's whollyowned subsidiary TEG Oil & Gas USA, Inc. and has been instrumental in thesuccess of our recent drilling program in California, will be serving thebalance of Mr. Karl Arleth's term on the board. Mr. Arleth tendered hisresignation on March 20, 2006 due to increasing time commitments required in hisposition as CEO and President of Teton Energy. The Board wishes to thank Karlfor his contribution to Sefton, his past service and wishes him well in hisfuture endeavours. The Company is also pleased to announce all settlement agreements in theCurrington Litigation which arose from the blowout in 2002 have been finalizedand all claims against TEG/Sefton regarding this litigation have been settledwith no costs to Sefton and TEG USA. The preliminary results of Sefton Resources for the year ending 31 December 2005are expected to be announced towards the end of May or early June and the AGMwill be held in July.
