Transaction in Own Shares

Sepura plc (the "Company") announces that it has today transferred from treasury 11,709 of its ordinary shares of £0.0005 each ("Shares") for the purpose of satisfying awards under the Company's 2009 Sharesave Scheme ("Sharesave Scheme"). The exercise price under the Sharesave Scheme was 31 pence per Share;

Following the above transaction, there are 189,250 Shares held in treasury and the total number of voting rights in the Company (excluding treasury Shares) is 137,129,330. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in Sepura under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
