Grant of Share Awards to Directors

 

Sepura plc announces that the following awards ("LTIP Awards") over ordinary shares of nominal value £0.0005 in the capital of the Company were today granted under the Sepura Long-Term Incentive Plan ("Plan") to certain Directors of the Company as follows:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the LTIP Awards which are structured as a conditional award.

 

The vesting of an LTIP Award is ordinarily subject to continued employment of the participant and the satisfaction of certain challenging Company performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Board at the time of grant. An LTIP Award will normally vest on the third anniversary of grant, subject to the satisfaction of the performance conditions.
