Block Listing
Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to (i) the Official List and (ii) to trading on the London Stock Exchange's markets for a block listing of securities in respect of 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP 0.0005 each ("New Ordinary Shares").
When the New Ordinary Shares covered by this block listing are allotted, they will be issued as follows: 400,000 under the Sharesave Scheme, 1,932,560 under the Long Term Incentive Plan and 167,440 under the Employee Share Option Plan. They will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue.
It is expected that admission will become effective on 04 September 2012.
