In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, the Company announces the following:

As at the 30 June 2020, the Company's issued share capital consists of 426,143,739 ordinary shares of £0.01, of which none are held in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 426,143,739 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company.
