Total Voting Rights
In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at the 31 March 2022, the Company's issued share capital consists of 990,288,000 ordinary shares of £0.01, with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights is 990,288,000 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the voting rights of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
