Seeing Machines Limited18 October 2006 18th October 2006 Seeing Machines Limited ("Seeing Machines" or the "Company") Seeing Machines Directorate Changes The Board of Directors of Seeing Machines Limited (AIM : SEE) announces: • the appointment of Mr William Mobbs as an independent Non-Executive Director effective 18 October 2006 • the resignation of Mr Anthony Kinnear as a Director of Seeing Machines effective 30 November 2006 Commenting on Mr Kinnear's resignation, Fulton Muir, Chairman of Seeing Machinessaid: "Mr Kinnear has made a significant contribution to Seeing Machines both as adirector and as CEO up until his resignation from that position in September2005. He saw the company through a challenging time and played a key role inthe success of the IPO and the Board would like to thank him for hiscontribution to the Company and wish him well." Mr Mobbs, aged 47, is currently the CEO and co-founder of ITL Limited, an ASXlisted company, with over 10 years experience developing, manufacturing,marketing and selling product into the global medical and healthcare industry.Mr Mobbs has a strong track record for successfully turning product R&D intocommercial outcome in the medical and healthcare markets and this is ofparticular relevance to Seeing Machines given the development of the glaucomadiagnostic device and other potential opportunities in these markets. Commenting on Mr Mobbs appointment, Fulton Muir, Chairman of Seeing Machinessaid: "The company is very pleased to appoint a director with a significant trackrecord of success and experience in a field directly relevant to SeeingMachines.
