Additional Allotment and New Issue
Saietta Group plc (AIM: SED), the UK company which designs, engineers and manufactures complete powertrains for electric vehicles on land from scooters to buses and on sea, announces that it has applied to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange for an additional listing of 14,063 fully paid up ordinary shares of £0.0011 each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") to satisfy the exercise by a former staff member of certain options under the Group's various incentive schemes.
Admission of these shares is expected to occur on 07 July 2022 following which the total number of shares in issue and total voting rights will be 85,145,443. The Group does not hold any shares in treasury and, therefore, the above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
