Sondex PLC08 January 2007 Sondex plc("Sondex") Voting Rights and Capital - Update In conformity with the Transparency Directive's transitional provision 6 and asan update to the announcement made on 22 December 2006 we would like to notifythe market of the following: Pursuant to a staff share option exercise a further 1,770 shares were issued andallotted on 28 December 2006 bringing Sondex's capital to 56,774,668 ordinaryshares with voting rights. Sondex does not hold shares in Treasury. Therefore,the total number of voting rights in Sondex is 56,774,668.
