Issue of Equity and Total Voting Rights

On 30 August 2018, a former director of the Company exercised 213,333 options (granted under the Canadian Stock option plan) over a total of 213,333 Common Shares of no par value in the share capital of the Company ("Common Shares"), in accordance with the 90-day post-leaving exercise period stipulated by the Canadian Stock option plan.

SDX has applied to the London Stock Exchange for 213,333 new Common Shares (the "New Common Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission").

It is expected that Admission will become effective on 4 September 2018. The New Common Shares will, following allotment, rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Common Shares.

Following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 204,706,373 Common Shares. The Company does not hold any Common Shares in treasury. Therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 204,706,373.

Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
