Sondex PLC12 October 2006 Sondex plc Formal Bid for Innicor Subsurface Technologies Inc. Sondex plc ("Sondex") is pleased to announce that it has filed a formal offer(the "Offer") to acquire all of the common shares ("Common Shares") of InnicorSubsurface Technologies Inc. ("Innicor") with the securities regulatoryauthorities in Canada and has mailed the Offer and circular dated October 11,2006 to the shareholders of Innicor (the "Innicor Shareholders"). The Offer is being made by Sondex Completion Systems Inc.
