On 18 January 2018, the Company was notified by Jon Wragg, Global Trading Director, that on 18 January 2018: (1) Juliette Wragg (PCA to Jon Wragg) had sold 1,250 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"); Jon Wragg then (2) purchased 420 Ordinary Shares into his ISA and (3) purchased 830 Ordinary Shares into his Drawdown SIPP.
