Notification and public disclosure of transactions by Director/persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") and persons closely associated with them ("PCA")
On 9 July 2018, the Company was notified by Jon Wragg, Global Trading Director, that on 9 July 2018: (1) Juliette Wragg (PCA to Jon Wragg) had sold 3,194 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"); (2) Jon Wragg had sold 5,706 Ordinary Shares; (3) Juliette Wragg purchased 2,400 Ordinary Shares into her ISA; (4) Juliette Wragg purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares into her SIPP; (5) Jon Wragg purchased 2,600 Ordinary Shares into his ISA and (6) Jon Wragg purchased 1,900 Ordinary Shares into his Drawdown SIPP.
