Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') and persons closely associated with them ('PCA')
On 30 October 2020, the PDMRs named below were granted options to acquire the number of ordinary shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the capital of Superdry set out opposite their names under the terms of the Superdry Sharesave Scheme ('SAYE') at a fixed option price of £1.26 pence per Ordinary Share.
