Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMR') and persons closely associated with them ('PCA')
On 16 October 2020, the Company was notified by Julian Dunkerton, Executive Director and PDMR, that he had purchased 91,817 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.502818 per share.
On 16 October 2020, the Company was also notified by Shaun Packe, Global Sourcing and Sustainability Director/ PDMR, that he had purchased 17,021 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of £1.460599 per share.
