SuperGroup announces that Peter Bamford, the Chairman of the Company, has been appointed as Non-Executive Chairman of B&M European Value Retail SA ("B&M European") with effect from 1 March 2018.
Before taking up the role as its Non-Executive Chairman, Peter will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of one of B&M European's subsidiaries from 1 January 2018.
This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
