Block Listing Application

SuperGroup Plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for the block listing of 500,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), fully paid to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List. These Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.

These Ordinary Shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of share options and the allocation of shares under the Company's Share Option Plan (CSOP) and Share Incentive Plan (SIP), respectively. Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to take place on 8 August 2016.
