Appointment of Jonathan Flint as Non-Executive Director

Stadium (AIM: SDM), a leading supplier of design-led technologies including connectivity solutions, power supplies, human machine interface products and electronic assemblies, announces the appointment of Jonathan Flint as Non-Executive Director, with effect from 1st December 2017.

Jonathan brings with him 30 years of international executive experience within high technology products companies and from managing technical experts in the areas of defence, telecommunications, aerospace, nanotechnology and electronics. This includes 11 years as Chief Executive of Oxford Instruments Plc (LSE: OXIG), two years as Managing Director of AIM listed Vislink Plc (now Pebble Beach Systems Group Plc) and four years at BAE Systems as Managing Director of Avionic Systems and Sensor Systems. Jonathan has also been awarded a CBE for Services to Business and Science.

David Jonathan Flint CBE, MBA, BSc, FREng, FInstP, aged 56, holds no shares in the Company and other than as set out below there is no further information to be disclosed under schedule 2(g) and Rule 17 of the AIM Rules in respect of Mr Flint's appointment as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
