Stadium Group PLC17 February 2005 RNS Announcement STADIUM GROUP PLC BOARD CHANGES 17 February 2005 Stadium Group plc, the AIM-listed provider of Electronic Manufacturing Services,announces the appointment of Nicholas Paul Brayshaw as a non-executive directorwith effect from 27 April 2005. Nick, aged 49, began his career with Rio Tinto plc and Caradon plc, beforebecoming Group Chief Executive of Wagon plc until March 2004. He is an independent member of the Business and Innovation Group Board of theDepartment of Trade and Industry, and non-executive Chairman UK manufacturing,Barclays Bank plc. He is also Chairman of the CBI Manufacturing Council. He is currently non-executive Chairman of Electrium Limited, and a director ofWestland Motor Company Limited. He holds no other current directorships, norhas he held any such positions in the last five years. Nick does not currently hold shares in Stadium Group plc.
