Stadium Group PLC27 April 2005 Stadium Group Plc AGM statement Stadium Group Plc, the AIM listed provider of Electronic Manufacturing Services,held it's AGM today. Chairman Struan Wiley made the following remarks: "Current trading and prospects We have continued to attract a high level of new business enquiries, andcustomer orders in Asia have reached a new peak. Although increased raw material prices and the adverse translation effect of theUS Dollar have persisted, in view of the high level of development activity andcustomer orders in Asia, prospects for the year remain in line withexpectations. Board changes Following the announcement made on 17 February 2005, Prof. Kevin Morley retiredand was replaced as Senior Independent Director by Nick Brayshaw. Struan Wiley indicated his own intention to retire from the Board after the AGMin 2006. He has been a member of the board of Stadium Group Plc since 1996, andChairman since 1999.
