Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Speymill Deutsche Immobilien Company plc (SDIC.L), the pan-German residential property investment company listed on AIM, announces the appointment of Vincent Campbell as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect. Mr Campbell is a director of SMP Fund Services Limited which provides administrative services to the Company.
In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies the following information in relation to the appointment of Mr Campbell, aged 58, to the board of the Company, is disclosed:
