SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing and control applications, announces that it has been notified that Ken Ford, Chaiman, Stephen Brown, Chief Operating Officer and Amitabh Sharma, Chief Financial Officer have purchased 10,000, 3,250 and 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), respectively.
