AGM Trading Update
24 September 2025 - SDI Group plc, the buy and build group, focused on companies which design and manufacture specialist lab equipment, industrial & scientific sensors and industrial & scientific products, provides an update on trading for the current financial year ("FY26") ahead of today's Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The Company has continued to see positive momentum across its portfolio with an improvement in Group organic growth compared to last year and expects to deliver full year results in line with market expectations1. The Company anticipates profit and revenue will again be weighted towards H2 reflecting the current orderbook and pipeline across the Group.
SDI drives growth through a clear dual strategy - optimising its existing businesses for organic growth and acquiring complementary businesses, with strong niche positions and international reach, to leverage the synergies and benefits of the wider Group.
