Screen Technology Group plc18 April 2006 For Immediate Release 18 April 2006 SCREEN TECHNOLOGY GROUP PLC (the 'Company' or "Screen Technology") DIRECTORATE CHANGE The Board of Screen Technology announces that Tony Kellett has resigned as ChiefExecutive Officer for personal reasons. He will cease to act as CEO and hasresigned as a director of Screen Technology and its subsidiaries with immediateeffect. Tom Jarman, aged 43, is currently a non-executive director on the Board. He hasworked alongside Tony in developing the business and will assume the role ofInterim Chief Executive. Tom, qualified as a Chartered Engineer, is a Directorand Senior Partner with MTI Partners, an early stage technology venture capitalcompany and the largest shareholder of the Company. Tom started his career withRenishaw, a world leading UK engineering and technology group, where he wasresponsible for the development and international launch of a number ofbreakthrough optical and electro-mechanical products. Subsequently he has heldDirector level appointments in technical Development, Sales and Marketing roles.Prior to joining MTI he was Managing Director of two technology businessesdelivering fast track growth and shareholder value. A search has been initiated for a full time Chief Executive and the Board willupdate on its progress in due time. On the 30 March 2006 the Company updated the stock market by the way of atrading update, at which time it confirmed that trading remained in line withcurrent market expectations and that the Company's cash position remains strong.The Company expects to announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31December 2006 on 20 April 2006.
