Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA), a global supplier of bonding solutions and manufacturer of adhesive-based products for the Healthcare and Industrial markets, notifies the market that as at 30 April 2018 the Company's issued share capital comprises 153,614,707 ordinary shares with voting rights ('Shares'). No Shares are held in Treasury. As such, the number of Shares with voting rights is 153,614,707.

This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notifiable obligations) as their denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
