Block Listing Application

Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA), a global supplier of bonding solutions and manufacturer of adhesive-based products for the Healthcare and Industrial markets,  announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of a block listing of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each. These shares, which rank equally with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time as a result of the exercise of options under the Scapa Group plc Sharesave Scheme and the Scapa Group plc 2011 Performance Share Plan. It is expected that the block listing will become effective on 5 January 2017.
