Restoration of Trading
Sealand Capital Galaxy Limited, a company engaged in the investment and acquisition of IT and social media businesses with high growth potential, is pleased to announce that restoration of trading in the Ordinary Shares of £0.0001 each in the Company will take effect from 07:30 am today, 30 October 2018.
The Company's Ordinary Shares were suspended from trading on the Main Market on 30 April 2018 at the Company's request pending publication of its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2017.
The Company published its annual report and financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2017 on 29 October 2018.
