Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons

Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 8 April 2019 that James Ockenden, Chief Actuary, transferred 135,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company on 5 April 2019 to his spouse, Mrs R Ockenden.

Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Ockenden continue to hold 982,686 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.39 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Further details of the Transaction are set out below and in the attached notification as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
