Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre"), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 14 October 2019 that both James Ockenden, Chief Actuary, sold 38,636 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company and his wife, Rebecca Ockenden sold 4,050 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company at an average price of 291.83 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction"). Following the Transaction, Mr Ockenden transferred 19,050 Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company on 14 October 2019 to Mrs Ockenden.
Following the transaction, Mr Ockenden and Mrs Ockenden, together hold 940,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.38 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
Further details of the Transaction are set out below and in the attached notification as required by the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
