Retirement of Non-Executive Director
SimplyBiz (AIM: SBIZ), a leading independent provider of compliance and business services to financial advisers and financial institutions in the UK, today announces that Tim Trotter, a non independent Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company of his intention to retire at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, to be held on 27th April 2020.
The Board will look to appoint a new Independent Non-Executive Director to the Board in due course.
Ken Davy, Non-Executive Chairman of The SimplyBiz Group plc, commented: "Tim Trotter has served the Board with distinction over the past six years and as an adviser to the Group for a number of years prior to joining the Board.
