Directors' Purchase of Warrants

The board of the Company was informed on 2 December 2009 that Jonathan Cohen, a director of the Company, had acquired 731,388 warrants to subscribe for new shares at 86 pence before 31 December 2012. Following this purchase Jonathan Cohen's holds 240,000 options and 2,857,504 warrants.

Also Bee Securities Ltd, a company 100% owned by Peter Conroy (a director of the Company) had acquired 731,388 warrants to subscribe for new shares at 86 pence before 31 December 2012. Following this purchase Peter Conroy holds 1,910,999 warrants.
