Savannah Energy PLC, the British independent energy company focused around the delivery of Projects that Matter, announces that following his appointment as a Non-Executive Director and Chair Designate, Mr Joseph Pagop Noupoué has subscribed for 6,095,726 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a subscription price of 26.25 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Pagop Noupoué's interest in the Company is 6,095,726 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.46% of the total voting rights of the Company.
