Savannah Energy PLC, the British independent energy company focused around activities in Nigeria and Niger, announces that it was informed on 26 August 2020 that David Clarkson, Non-Executive Director, acquired 756,692 Ordinary Shares, in aggregate, at an average price of 9.25 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Clarkson's total interest in the Company is now 1,113,692 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.11% of the total voting rights of the Company.
