Transaction in own shares

Ryanair Holdings plc (the "Company") today announces that on 25 September 2017 it purchased for cancellation a total of 445,563 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.006 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as further detailed below. The purchase noted below concludes the €600 million share buyback programme announced on 31 May 2017.

Following the cancellation of the Ordinary Shares repurchased the Company will have 1,183,788,409 Ordinary Shares in issue.
