Block Listing Application
Ryanair today announces that a block listing application has been made for 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares of €0.006 each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of Euronext Dublin, and an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and to Euronext Dublin for these shares to be admitted to trading on their respective main markets.
These Ordinary Shares will be issued from time to time to satisfy the issue of shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's employee 2013 Share option Scheme.
It is expected that admission of these shares will become effective on 21st May 2019. The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary Shares of the Company.
