27 September 2016 Rex Bionics plc (AIM: RXB), the pioneer of the REX Robot technology that enhances the mobility of wheelchair users, announces that pursuant to the existing Deferred Bonus Share Plan (under which employees are issued options to subscribe for cash at par for Ordinary Shares in respect of the bonus to which they were otherwise entitled) the Company has made awards, for the financial year ended 31 March 2016, in respect of an aggregate of 791,279 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") (representing 3.1% of the current issued Ordinary Shares) to certain employees in the Company including the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Technology Officer.
