Bridge Properties (Arena Central) Limited Loan Repayment and Full Repayment of Loan by Energia del Sur, S.A.

 

 

Further to the announcement of 7 May 2019, the Directors of Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR) announce that yesterday they made a further principal and interest to date repayment of ÂŁ250,000 on the remaining temporary loan facility provided by Bridge Properties (Arena Central) Limited ("BPAC"). The total amount now outstanding is principal of ÂŁ396,602.54.

 

At the same time, Energia del Sur, S.A. ("EdS") has now repaid in full the outstanding loan interest (US $137,000) and associated fees (US $157,000) owed to Rurelec Project Finance Limited ("RPFL").
