Director's Dealings in shares

Rurelec PLC (AIM: RUR), the owner, operator and developer of power generation capacity internationally, has today been notified that on 28 October 2013 Brian Rowbotham, the Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased 200,000 ordinary shares of two pence each in the Company at a price ofΒ 12.5p per share.

Mr Rowbotham is now interested in 270,000 shares representing approximately 0.048% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The total number of Rurelec securities in issue is 554,892,492 for the purpose of voting rights.
